Choosing the right dental lab workstation is not only a question of available floor space. The number of technicians, the type of daily laboratory work, dust control, storage needs, electrical standards and future training-system integration can all affect the final workstation configuration.
JingleMed offers two customizable starting points for laboratory and education projects: the JG-J1 single-station dental lab workstation and the JG-J2 double-station dental lab workstation. Both models can be adapted to the confirmed project while retaining the core functions required for dental technician work.
The JG-J1 is designed for one dental technician or trainee. Its reference size is 1200 × 600 × 1050 mm (W × D × H), making it suitable for individual work areas, clinic in-house laboratories, smaller training rooms and laboratory layouts where each operator requires a separate workstation.
The standard JG-J1 configuration combines a stainless steel body, an engineered stone worktop and one independent built-in dust extraction system. The extraction motor is rated at 370 W, with a maximum negative pressure of -9.8 kPa, maximum airflow of 70 m³/h and maximum noise of ≤60 dB.
Its standard working functions include a dust inlet, acrylic protective shield, retractable air gun, pressure regulation and gauge, LED dental technician work light, built-in power outlet, control switches, adjustable leveling feet and elbow rests/armrests. Drawer quantity and layout are configured according to the confirmed order rather than treated as a fixed limitation.
The JG-J2 provides two coordinated workstations in one unit. Its reference size is 1800 × 600 × 1060 mm (W × D × H), making it a practical starting point for commercial dental laboratories, denture production centers, dental schools and technician training facilities that need two operators to work within a shared layout.
The standard JG-J2 configuration uses a stainless steel body and engineered stone worktop. It includes two independent built-in dust extraction systems, one for each workstation. Each system uses a 370 W motor, with maximum negative pressure of ≤9.8 kPa, maximum airflow of 70 m³/h and maximum noise of ≤60 dB.
Each working position is supported by its own dust inlet, acrylic protective shield, retractable air gun and LED work light. The workstation also includes pressure regulation, built-in power and control functions, adjustable leveling feet, and elbow rests/armrests for each working position. Storage and drawer arrangements remain customizable.

The reference dimensions are not fixed limits. Width, depth, overall height and worktop height can be adjusted to the confirmed room plan and workflow.
Both the JG-J1 and JG-J2 use a stainless steel body and engineered stone worktop as their standard presentation configuration. Depending on the project, the following options can be planned:
The standard electrical supply is 220 V / 50 Hz. A 110 V / 60 Hz version and destination-specific electrical components can be configured according to the confirmed order. Both models connect to an external compressed-air source of approximately 0.55 MPa. The air compressor is not included in the standard workstation and can be supplied separately when required.
For dental education projects, the workstations can be planned as part of a customized phantom-head or dental-simulator training setup. An optional monitor can display an instructor’s live demonstration through an HDMI splitter or LAN-based distribution arrangement. An optional oral light can illuminate the oral cavity of a phantom head, and a camera-enabled oral light can be considered for recording or demonstration requirements.
These training components are optional integrations. Monitors, oral lights, phantom heads and dental simulators are not included in the standard JG-J1 or JG-J2 workstation configuration.
To help JingleMed prepare an appropriate workstation proposal, buyers can provide the following project information:
Yes. The listed dimensions are reference configurations. Width, depth, overall height and worktop height can be adapted to the confirmed project.
Yes. The JG-J1 includes one independent built-in dust extraction system. The JG-J2 includes two independent built-in systems, one for each workstation.
No. Both models connect to an external compressed-air source of approximately 0.55 MPa. A separate air compressor can be supplied as an option.
Yes. Stainless steel is the standard body material, while a powder-coated cold-rolled steel body is available for applicable custom configurations. Worktop options include engineered stone, stainless steel and melamine-faced panel.
No. Monitors, oral lights, phantom heads and dental simulators are optional integration components for compatible training projects.
Whether your project needs individual JG-J1 workstations, shared JG-J2 double stations or a customized combination, JingleMed can adapt the materials, dimensions, storage layout and electrical configuration to the confirmed laboratory or training-room plan.
